Studio Leads
What You'll Do

Take charge of specific areas like glazing, kiln operations, or administrative tasks, with overlapping roles to ensure full support.

Guide Studio Assistants, manage tasks, and ensure smooth operations.

Maintain studio organization, reclaim clay, mix glazes, and oversee kiln firings.

Provide support to students, teachers and members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Expectations

Commit to working 6 hours per week.

Work collaboratively as a team, maintain a positive attitude, and prioritize studio needs.

No monetary compensation; instead, Leads receive a 24-hour membership each month.

3-month commitment.

Studio Assistants
What You'll Do

Commit to working 3 hours per week.
